3. Amy Poehler, “Parks and Recreation”

When “Parks and Rec” began, it was, to say the least, not a very good show. It’s now one of TV’s best comedies, and that’s thanks largely to Poehler, who transformed Leslie Knope from a grating Michael Scott knockoff to a warm, slightly off-center, brilliant comic creation.
