3. Ian Patrick, “The Neighbors”

Nine-year-old Ian Patrick will be making his television debut this fall in ABC’s “The Neighbors,” a new comedy about aliens disguised as humans in a New Jersey housing community. Patrick plays Dick Butkus, the polite young son of the head alien family-all the aliens have the names of famous American athlete. (Others include Larry Bird and Reggie Jackson.) Patrick has made appearances in Judd Apatow’s “Wanderlust” and the upcoming sci-fi film “Looper.”
