11. Guido in "Nine"

In the original 1982 Broadway production of “Nine,” the musical based on Federico Fellini’s film “8 1/2,” the lead role of Guido was played by Raul Julia. When revived on Broadway in 2003, Antonio Banderas played Guido, earning a Tony nomination. The role of Guido was recast a third time to Daniel Day-Lewis in the 2009 film adaption, directed by Rob Marshall.
