These seven 20-somethings work magic as an ensemble. The highly imaginative fable retelling, with folk music and shadow puppets, is still enticing audiences to the Gym at Judson (through Jan. 6) with youthful energy and sheer joy. The PigPen Theatre Co. is sure to have a long life ahead of it.
