5 Reasons To Watch Season 2 of 'Smash'

The vivacious, brash Jennifer Hudson plays the show's newest, most welcome diva, Veronica Moore. The writers definitely got one thing right with these first two episodes, let J-Hud belt. It’s refreshing to hear a song really sung instead of in a delicate, pseudo-Marilyn voice each week. And, Hudson’s duet with Katharine McPhee was a stand-out from the premiere. Although the arc of Ms. Moore is just beginning, here’s hoping to some serious diva drama and more amazing singing.
