6. “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time”

The 2010 film “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time” is kind of like that typical sci-fi, fantasy adventure movie. And, if it wasn’t for Jake Gyllenhaal taking the title role of Dastan, the film might have been more suited for a television release. But, nonetheless, this video game turned mystical, action flick garnered some decent praise from critics. The story follows the tale of Prince Dastan, who has the power to reverse time with a dagger containing magical sand. He and a witty, sassy princess must do what every good-looking couple in their case must: Save the world. If anything, it’s really just worth it to see Gyllenhaal doing an action film.
