2. "The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess"

At the 2012 Tony Awards, "The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess" took home awards for the Best Revival of a Musical and Best Performance by a Leading Actress for Audra McDonald. The album, with music by George Gershwin and lyrics by DuBose Heyward, Dorothy Heyward, and Ira Greshwin, also features performances by David Alan Grier and Norm Lewis. Tommy Krasker is nominated for a second time this year as album producer.
