The Academy Awards claimed that they are creating an intimate, homage to movie musicals award ceremony this year with special performances highlighting “Les Miserables,” “Chicago” and “Dreamgirls.” The producer’s also announced that Barbra Streisand will be singing at the awards show for the first time in 36 years.

Streisand, who won her first Oscar in 1968 for “Funny Girl” hasn’t sung at the ceremony since March 28, 1977, when she performed “Evergreen” the love theme from “A Star is Born.”

Here are six songs that would fit the Oscar’s perfectly if sung by Babs herself.
