Assassins come in every shape and size, from the blood-hungry to the creepily quiet to the laid-back ones who just want to get the job done. Brad Pitt’s recent assassin role Jackie Cogan, in the new crime drama “Killing Them Softly,” is the slicked-back-hair, gold-chained type that doesn’t like emotions. In spirit of "Killing Them Softly" opening this week, we look back on our favorite film assassins, from the ones we’d be scared of to those who challenge defintions of cold-blooded killers.
