Broadway Box Office: 'Wicked' on Top Week Before Memorial Day

"Wicked" flew past "The Lion King" to regain the top Broadway box office spot during the week, leading up to the Memorial Day holiday. Meanwhile, "Death of the Salesman," the only nonmusical attraction in the top ten list, broke the $1 million mark and, for the seventh time, the Barrymore theater house record.
