The Mark Two Dinner Theater will hold auditions for its production of "Kiss Me Kate." Equity Dinner Theatre contract. Rehearsals begin April 7; performances April 16-June 1. All roles are available. "THE FANTASTICKS," FL.

The Polk Museum of Art will hold auditions for "The Fantasticks," the world's longest running musical, which will be presented April 3-6 and April 12 as part of the Polk Museum of Art 2002-03 Performing Arts Series. Auditions will be held at Polk Museum of Art, 800 E. Palmetto St., Lakeland, FL. Individuals interested in auditioning should come prepared to sing. A pianist will be available. Bring sheet music or a tape or CD for the audition. A CD/tape player will also be available. Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing and shoes for movement portion of audition. Broadway Production contract. $1,302 minimum. "The Boy from Oz," a new musical based on the life of prolific singer-songwriter-performer Peter Allen ("Don't Cry Out Loud," "I Honestly Love You," "Arthur's Theme") will be presented on Broadway in the fall of the 2003 season. The songs written and made famous by the late Mr. Allen, with lyrics by various collaborators, provide the score. The musical traces the true story of his life, his early success in Australia, being discovered by Judy Garland, his marriage to Liza Minnelli, and ultimately his untimely death from AIDS.
