Russell Boast, Casting Director, Pagano/Manwiller Casting

South Africa–born Russell Boast is a film and TV casting director. Alongside Rick Pagano ("X-Men," "Alien," "Hotel Rwanda") and Debi Manwiller (TV's "24"), he works at Pagano/Manwiller Casting. He is also a founding partner of Rocket Propelled Ltd. with Pagano.

Recent projects include casting on "White Irish Drinkers" with John Gray ("Ghost Whisperer," "The Hunley," "Glimmer Man"), which is shooting in NYC; "The Raise" with Randall Miller and Jody Savin ("Nobel Son," "Bottle Shock"); and "Red Bird Christmas" with John Avnet ("Fried Green Tomatoes"). The latter two are shooting in Los Angeles.

In L.A., Russell has been involved in staging over 29 theater productions and producing and directing a cabaret troupe, the first of its kind in L.A., called the Roquettes, which he will be re-creating in NYC and San Francisco.

Russell graduated with honors with a B.A. in English and communications at the University of South Africa, with a technical degree in film and television. At age 21, he won the prestigious Nelson Mandela Artists Award for his contributions to theater in South Africa. Russell produced and directed numerous stage shows and corporate videos before working as a casting assistant for European television commercials.

Joe Gressis, Owner, Secret Handshake Entertainment
Joe Gressis is a three-time Emmy-nominated editor and producer and an award-winning filmmaker and screenwriter. Through his company, Secret Handshake Entertainment, he has just produced the feature film "A Little Help" with Jenna Fischer, Chris O'Donnell, and Lesley Anne Warren. Joe and fellow Secret Handshake editor Wayne Rawley have twice been named "Best Reel Producer" in Back Stage magazine and been given an honorable mention twice.

Wayne Rawley, Senior Editor, Secret Handshake Entertainment

Wayne Rawley has been weaving his own particular brand of Avid Magic since before the turn of the century. As the promotions producer at KCTS television in Seattle, Wayne's talent was quickly recognized, and he began helming the national on-air promotion for PBS documentaries. Campaigns included the critically acclaimed "Faith & Fear" and "The Videogame Revolution." Wayne was also responsible for executing the national on-air promotion for the hourlong CBC, PBS, and Showcase series "MythQuest," which was then turned into a successful series of books by Random House.

Since his move to Los Angeles three years ago, Wayne has been a consistently-sought-after force in the editing world. Upon relocating, he was quickly grabbed up by postproduction on Season 2 of the Showtime and Lionsgate series "Weeds." His demo-reel work won the award for best union comedy reel at the 2006 Reel Actors Film Festival. His talent editing reality and narrative shows has helped sell pilot presentations to Bunim Murray and others.
