Actors Lynn Redgrave and Laurence Luckenbill saluted the 64 graduates of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts during a commencement held Thurs., April 25, at Broadway's Majestic Theatre.

Noel Coward, she said, encouraged experimentation and "watered us like seeds."
Luckenbill, currently appearing at Lincoln Center in "A Fair Country," prompted the young actors to "go out and start auditioning for the three jobs that are out there."
He advised that, when going to Hollywood, "be sure to buy a round-trip ticket and have your parents make it first-class. It's always better to come back from Hollywood firs
