Franklin Classes

Ruth Franklin, a New York voice-over instructor and performer, will start her 18th year of spring, eight-week master classes in March. Franklin has done thousands of voice-overs for national television and radio commercials, plus cartoon voices for many series. Class is held in a recording studio. The Other Chekhov

For the first time in North America, the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center and the International Michael Chekhov Association (IMCA) will bring international faculty and students together to study the teachings of Mr. Chekhov. Virgin Tango

The original Broadway cast album of "Luis Bravo's Forever Tango" was released by RCA Victor on Feb. 24. The recording was produced by Bravo with musical direction and arrangements by Lisandro Adrover. The release will be launched with a special in-store event at the Virgin Megastore, Times Square at 1540 Broadway, on March 3, at 1 pm. Four couples will dance to music from the recording and the first 100 people attending the event will be eligible to win tickets to the show in a raffle. "Forever Tango" is currently playing at Broadway's Walter Kerr Theatre
