Dale Brown, casting director, Tara Rubin Casting
Dale Brown joined Tara Rubin Casting in 2007. His current specific projects with TRC include ongoing casting for all U.S, companies of "Phantom of the Opera," and the original casting of "Billy Elliot," "The First Wives Club," and Des McAnuff's production of "Guys and Dolls."
Tara Rubin Casting is also responsible for the casting of the Broadway, touring, and Las Vegas companies of "Mamma Mia!," "Spamalot," "Jersey Boys" (including London and Australian productions), "Mary Poppins," "Shrek, the Musical," and "The Little Mermaid" as well as Yale Repertory Theater, and assorted shows for Lincoln Center Theater, The Old Globe, and LaJolla Playhouse to name a few. Before joining TRC, Brown was a freelance casting director in NYC working in independent film, commercials, regional theater, and reality TV. He was a working actor for 15 years and an honors graduate of Kalamazoo College.
