L.A. Screening of 'Away We Go' Announced

On May 8th, Back Stage and Focus Features are sponsoring a special Los Angeles screening of the new film Away We Go.  After the screening, a special question and answer session will feature the film's director Sam Mendes (American Beauty) and actors Maya Rudolph and John Krasinski.

The film follows the journey of an expectant couple as they travel the U.S. in search of the perfect place to put down roots and raise their family. Along the way, they have misadventures and find fresh connections with an assortment of relatives and old friends who just might help them discover "home" on their own terms for the first time.  (View the film trailer below.)

The screening will take place on Friday, May 8, 2009 at the Linwood Dunn Theater (1313 Vine St., Hollywood, CA).  The screening begins promptly at 7 p.m
