Beautiful Wave (Teen/Drama). A coming-of-age story set along the beaches of the Northern California, where a young NYC teen visiting her estranged grandmother for the summer falls for one of the local boarders. Humdrummer (Dramedy). An unhappy man living a humdrum life falls in love with a psychic stripper and finds himself being haunted by a murdered child. Written by Adam Levy. Directed by James Jaeger. James Brooks Project (Comedy). Story line is being kept under wraps on the ensemble comedy, tentatively titled How Do You Know?. Reese Witherspoon is rumored to star. Losers Take All (Dramedy). Set in the 1980s, an indie punk-rock band attracts a raucous, loyal following that it purloins into a record deal and success, before losing it all. Starting from scratch once again, the band soon finds itself on the way back up and on the brink of committing the ultimate indie sin: selling out. Mars Needs Moms (Dramedy/Sci-Fi). When 9-year-old Milo's mother is kidnapped by Martians, Milo hides aboard the spaceship, determined to rescue her. When the spaceship reaches Mars, Milo escapes. He quickly gets lost in the mass of tunnels and shafts that are the Martian underground, the "Trash Caverns." He befriends an older and mysterious Earthling named Gribble, who agrees to help Milo save his mother from her captors. Directed by Simon Wells, who co-wrote the scripts with Wendy Wells. Percy JacksonThe Lightning Thief (Adventure/Fantasy). Teenage loner Percy Jackson discovers he is really Perseus Jackson, a demigod whose mortal mother fell in love with the Olympian god Poseidon and bore him a son. But when another god, Zeus, has his powerful bolt of thunder stolen, Percy and his mighty god-father are the prime suspects.
