Michelle Williams, George Clooney, Ben Kingsley, Octavia Spencer, Berenice Bejo, Jean Dujardin, Jessica Chastain and Owen Wilson have been tapped to present at Saturday's ceremony.
Additionally, DGA president Taylor Hackford, Michael Apted, Jon Cryer, Laura Dern, Tom Hooper, Stana Katic, Kathleen Robertson, Betty Thomas and Deborah Ann Woll will also take part.
The nominees for outstanding directorial achievement in feature film include Woody Allen (Midnight in Paris), David Fincher ("The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo"), Michel Hazanavicius ("The Artist"), Alexander Payne ("The Descendants") and Martin Scorsese ("Hugo").
On the television side, "Modern Family," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "General Hospital" and "All My Children" lead with two nominations apiece.
The winner will be announced Saturday at the Grand Ballroom in Hollywood & Highland, hosted by recent Golden Globe winner Kelsey Grammer.
