Ross Reports Giveaway - Official Rules

Entry: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All entries will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. Employees of Nielsen Business Media, Inc. ("Nielsen"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising / promotional agencies and the immediate family or members of the same household of such employees are ineligible.

Winner Selection and Notification: The first 300 individuals to fill out the survey by 7/31/07 will receive a free copy of the July/August 2007 issue of Ross Reports. Winners will be notified on or about the first week of August, 2007 by Nielsen, whose decisions are final.

Prize: A free issue of the July/August 2007 issue of Ross Reports.

General:

By participating in the Giveaway, you explicitly agree to: (a) the Official Rules and the decisions of Nielsen and its agents which decisions shall be final in all matters relating to the Giveaway; (b) release, indemnify and hold harmless Nielsen, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers and employees and agents from and against any losses, liabilities, damages, claims and actions of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, resulting directly or indirectly from the acceptance and use of a prize and participation in the Giveaway; (c) that Nielsen has not made any representation, warranty or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes; (d) if a winner, to the use of name and location and the names and images of the individuals using the prizes, for advertising and promotional purposes in all media now existing or developed in the future, including the adweek.com website, and upon request will provide the consent in writing to such use of any individual utilizing the prize; and (e) that Nielsen and its agents are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or entries or for any event beyond their control which may disrupt or delay the Giveaway or the prize event.

If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to acts beyond the control of Nielsen, including acts of force majeure, acts of war, domestic terrorism, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Nielsen which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Nielsen reserves the right at its sole discretion, to terminate or cancel the Giveaway and to select winners from among entries legitimately received prior to the event causing the termination or cancellation.

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York without regard to its conflicts of laws principles and any action shall take place in the copurts of the state of New York.

Nielsen reserves the right at its sole discretion, to terminate or cancel the Giveaway for any reason in its sole discretion without further notice.
