SOLD OUT: Master Class with Casting Director David Caparelliotis

Selected audience members will read from sides and get feedback from a top casting director, David Caparelliotis of MelCap Casting, whose Broadway credits include "Fences," "Lend Me a Tenor," and numerous Manhattan Theatre Club productions, including "The Royal Family."

David Caparelliotis owns MelCap Casting with business partner Mele Nagler. Upcoming and recent Broadway credits include Theresa Rebeck's "Seminar," Lydia Diamond's "Stick Fly," David Auburn's "The Columnist," John Guare's "The House of Blue Leaves," August Wilson's "Fences," Ken Ludwig's "Lend Me a Tenor," Donald Margulies' "Collected Stories," and George S. Kaufman and Edna Ferber's "The Royal Family."

Musicals include Armistead Maupin's "Tales of the City" for ACT in San Francisco, "Blue Flower" and "Everyday Rapture" for Second Stage, "The Last Goodbye" for the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and "Prometheus Bound" for ART in Boston.

In addition to Second Stage and three seasons for Williamstown, MelCap also casts for Manhattan Theatre Club, Atlantic Theater Company, Ars Nova, Goodman Theatre, Arena Stage, and Ford's Theatre, among others.

Upcoming film: "Hairbrained," starring Brendan Fraser. David is a member of the Casting Society of America.
