Tara Rubin has been a casting director for 25 years. She has cast "Mamma Mia!," "Jersey Boys," "Spamalot," "Les Misérables," "The Phantom of the Opera," "Promises, Promises," "Shrek," "Billy Elliot," and "Young Frankenstein," among other shows. She has been the casting director at Yale Repertory Theatre for eight years and has worked with many regional theaters across the U.S. She is an honors graduate of Boston University and a proud member of the Casting Society of America.
