Universal Pictures: Celebrating 100 Years

UCLA celebrates a century of Universal filmmaking in this series of screenings. On May 19 enjoy a full day of old-time Hollywood at the university's Billy Wilder Theater. At 4 p.m. there's the original film version of Broadway musical "Show Boat" (1936), accompanied by a talk from film historian Miles Kreuger, author of a book on the show.
