Vivica A. Fox is looking to throw her hat into the talk show ring, sources said.
The actress, who most recently starred in Lifetime's drama series "Missing," has been meeting with distributors around town to discuss a syndicated daytime talker that would feature her as the host. The project is being positioned in the vein of "The Tyra Banks Show," the freshman talker that targets women 18-34, but to a broader audience composition.
Along with "Missing," a role that earned her an NAACP Image Award this year, Fox's recent credits include the feature films "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" and its sequel, "Kill Bill: Vol. 2," "The Salon" and "Ella Enchanted."
Her upcoming film credits include "Caught on Tape," opposite Cedric the Entertainer; "Citizen Duane," opposite Donal Logue; and "Kickin' It Old School," opposite Jamie Kennedy.
