Bunny Lake Is Missing

In this first-ever stage adaptation of Evelyn Piper's 1957 mystery-thriller, 3-year-old Bunny Lake has vanished without a trace during her first day of school. Her mother is frantic, but the trouble is, no one remembers having seen the little girl. As the search intensifies and the layers of intrigue and deceit slowly peel away, questions arise as to what might have happened to little Bunny and whether she ever really existed in the first place. (There was also an Otto Preminger film version in the 1960s.)

A World Premiere. Based on the novel by Evelyn Piper. Adapted for the stage and directed by Dan Spurgeon. Music by Philip Glass (from the "Candyman Suite"). Presented by Cobblestone Productions.

Tickets: $15; reservations 212-414-5420.
