Seeking content creators to have honest street conversations with real people about something they’ve been carrying, something weighing on them, or something they haven’t had a place to say out loud. Brand states: "We’re building We’re Only Humans, a new platform based on a simple idea: nobody should have to carry life’s hardest moments alone. The goal isn’t just to get someone’s story. It’s to find the feeling underneath it and create the kind of moment where someone feels genuinely seen, heard, and understood. We’re looking for people who are naturally curious, empathetic, comfortable approaching strangers, and know how to listen and gently go deeper. Interviews will be filmed vertically using an iPhone or camera, with subjects creatively framed to protect their identity." Deliverable: "Short-form Video" Description:

Create compelling short-form street interviews with real people about something they’ve been carrying, something weighing on them, or something they haven’t had a place to say out loud.

The goal is to get beyond the surface-level story and find the feeling underneath it. We’re looking for honest moments of vulnerability around experiences like loneliness, relationships, grief, family, friendship, uncertainty, career changes, starting over, or simply feeling like no one quite understands what you’re going through.

You’ll approach and interview people in real-world settings, make them feel comfortable, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and know when to gently go deeper. The best conversations should feel less like an interview and more like someone finally having the space to say what’s really on their mind.

Because anonymity is central to We’re Only Humans, interview subjects should not be clearly identifiable. Use creative framing such as over-the-shoulder angles, close-ups, silhouettes, environmental shots, and other techniques that protect identity while still making the content visually engaging and human.

You’ll capture strong, high-quality vertical footage using a camera or newer smartphone that our team can turn into finished short-form videos for social media. Clean, clear audio is essential.

The content should feel authentic, intimate, and emotionally compelling, never staged or overly produced. Strong opening moments, thoughtful framing, and good visual storytelling are important.

We’re looking for someone who can do much more than simply capture footage. You should genuinely enjoy talking to people, be naturally curious, recognize when there’s something deeper behind what someone is saying, and know how to ask the next question with empathy and sensitivity.
