VZ FilmWorks is casting talent for “Christine’s Wager,” a faith-based feature film about a teen who is counting down the days to graduation so she can escape her demanding family but whose plan is sidetracked after her mother’s stroke and some unlikely encounters. Talent, aged 2–75, is wanted for a variety of supporting and background roles, including the role of Bill, Christine’s estranged father. Casting is underway for “Skyscraper on an Inhabited Island (Part 1),” a Russian-Hollywood film project that consists of four full-length films. Talent, aged 25–65, is wanted for several roles, including the lead billionaire, an owner of an investment company who begins to lose interest in life after the death of his beloved wife and decides to build the tallest skyscraper in the world on a desert island to avoid falling into a depression. Filming will take place in 2022 in the U.S., Bahamas, and Russia.
