How Acting Class Can Help With Auditions

Auditioning can be stressful—but there’s a way around it. Actors must come to terms with the prospect of performing in front of a table of people who have seen (and will see) dozens more performers doing the exact same material. There are plenty of classes dedicated solely to auditioning, but even a regular acting class cab be beneficial. Backstage Expert and acting coach Anthony Meindl (Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop) points out that just performing in front of people on a regular basis can make a big difference, among other benefits.
