Hey, Atlanta! Stay in the loop and be sure to check back every week for projects currently in production in the place you call home. Here’s the 411 on what’s filming big and small in your city.

“Sextuplets”
Atlanta residents have been seeing sextuple lately. The Netflix production team has been in the area throughout the month filming “Sextuplets,” starring Marlon Wayans. The flick focuses on a man trying to meet his birth mother, only to discover he is a sextuplet. Signs have been popping up weekly throughout the city, first starting in Midtown along 16th Street and since around Atlantic Station, downtown Newnan, Cherokee County Detention Center, Chattahoochee Hills, and Morrow. The A-Scene even captured a shot near the Cheshire Bridge a couple weeks back. Filming is scheduled to take place through November in Atlanta, and notices have regularly popped up on Backstage for the project, including one shooting Oct. 5— expect to see more in the coming months!

“Christmas Everlasting”
Christmas has come early for Atlantans. The Hallmark Channel is currently in the area shooting its television movie “Christmas Everlasting,” starring Tatyana Ali and Patti LaBelle. The film will follow a high-flying New York lawyer who returns to her childhood home to take care of her recently deceased sister’s estate. Last week, the halls were decked in Covington Square and Mansfield. The production is currently seeking actors to portray Christmas party guests next week— you can apply directly at Backstage here!
