Want to star alongside Tony (and, possibly, imminent Oscar) winner, Laurie Metcalf?

Broadway’s incoming revival of Edward Albee’s “Three Tall Women,” starring Metcalf alongside Alison Pill and Glenda Jackson, is casting understudies for those three titular roles. For the characters, female actors in their fifties, twenties, and seventies or older are sought, respectively.

Additionally, a male actor in his twenties is needed for the role of The Boy, with casting also underway for an actor to understudy that role.

Headed up by Caparelliotis Casting, the team will see talent for Equity Principal Auditions on Dec. 13 in NYC.

The creative team also includes director Joe Mantello, with producer extraordinaire Scott Rudin on board, as well.

Rehearsals will begin Jan. 11, 2018, with the first performance slated for Feb. 27 at Broadway’s John Golden Theatre. This will be a limited engagement, scheduled to run through June 24.

Talent will be hired under an Equity Production (League) Contract.
