An immersive narrative art installation for the Electric Forest Festival needs male and female talent, the Showtime series “The Good Lord Bird” is looking for young black male talent for a central role, the popular AMC TV series “Better Call Saul” wants background actors for its fifth season, and more.

“BETTER CALL SAUL”
The AMC TV series “Better Call Saul” is seeking male and female talent, aged 21 and older, for background roles in their fifth season. The show is a prequel to the popular series “Breaking Bad” and follows the trials and tribulations of criminal lawyer Saul Goodman in Albuquerque, New Mexico. “THE BANYAN FAMILY HOUSE”
An immersive narrative art installation at the 2019 Electric Forest Festival is looking for male and female talent, aged 25–75. “The Banyan Family House” is a seven-room installation with seven characters that invite audiences to help remember the past of the Banyan family through riddles and games. The family is a kinship of animal people whose memories are both disappearing and constantly being restored. Talent will be wearing animal masks to play members of the family. The Electric Forest Festival is in Rothbury, Michigan. Two Skype rehearsals happen prior to onsite arrival. Dress rehearsal is on June 26 on-site with performances from June 27–30. HUBSPOT ACADEMY YOUTUBE SERIES
A how-to video series needs male and female talent, aged 35–60, to play a presenter. The series is for marketers, salespeople, and service professionals, and covers topics such as business basics, digital advertising, content creation, and social media marketing. The production is looking for a POC for the role with teleprompter experience. Rehearsals start mid-April with shooting scheduled for mid- to late-April in Cambridge, Massachusetts. “THE GOOD LORD BIRD”
An eight-episode series for Blumhouse TV-Showtime is seeking black male talent, aged 11–16, to play Onion, a young slave boy. “The Good Lord Bird” follows the character as he is swept into abolitionist John Brown’s campaign to start a race war against the pro-slavers of the Kansas territory circa 1858. Shooting takes place in Virginia tentatively starting on July 10. Talent will be paid union rates under the terms of a SAG-AFTRA contract. Apply here!

“INTERROGATION”
The CBS All Access TV series “Interrogation” wants male and female talent for background roles. The true-crime series stars Peter Sarsgaard, Kyle Gallner, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and David Strathairn, and is based on a true story that spanned more than 30 years. Talent will play heavy metal music fans and must have slim to medium builds with appropriate hairstyles. Shooting will take place April–May in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Talent will be paid.
