The pilot for the HBO series “Watchmen” is looking for male talent for a background role. The show is based on the classic comic book series by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons and tells the story of a group of retired superheroes reuniting at the height of the Cold War to unravel a murder conspiracy. A pair of online videos for a regional pest control provider, “More Than Meets the Eye,” is seeking talent for four non-speaking lead roles. The production is looking for Latino/Hispanic, Middle Eastern, white, and multiracial talent, aged 33–47, to play a homeowner, white male talent, aged 55–65, ideally with a thick build or potbelly to play a man on a lawnmower, Latino/Hispanic, white, and multiracial male talent, aged 35–55, to play a pest control technician, and Latino/Hispanic, Middle Eastern, white, and multiracial talent, aged 25–32, to play another pest control technician.
