Casting Directors' Mail Requirements

During this time of possible mail contamination we as Casting Directors who receive lots of deliveries have different requests on how we would like to receive actors' submissions. Please understand that we do not wish to hurt an actor's chance of a principal audition or background role, but we do need to cut down on our mail for now.

Amerifilm Casting requests that if possible pictures/resumes and production flyers /invitations be emailed to mail@amerifilmcasting.com, starting mid November. We also request that postcards and flyers going through the postal service not be put into envelopes. Do not resubmit headshots no if you've mailed within the last year. If mailing, send one headshot only to: Amerifilm Casting, Inc., Silvercup Studios, 42-22 22nd Street, room M104, LIC NY 11101. Watch Back Stage notices for open calls to drop off material in person, our next one may be in February. We appreciate your understanding.

In an effort to reduce unnecessary mail, Sylvia Fay Casting respectfully requests actors wishing to mail any updated information should do so only if they have not already mailed the same info/headshot in the past six months.

The Staff of Sylvia Fay Casting works as a team. Only one postcard addressed to Sylvia Fay Casting is necessary and only two updated headshots should be sent to our office for registered actors.

Any mail not needing envelopes (i.e. postcards, flyers...) should not be inserted in envelopes.

As always, check trade papers and the SAG Hotline for future open calls. Our no drop off/no phone call policy is very much still in effect.

God Bless America.

Grant Wilfley Casting is currently not accepting any mail-in submissions for any SAG or NON SAG actors until further notice. This means NO headshots, resumes, postcard, letters or any type of notices. Our SAG ONLY open call registration still applies on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00am-12:00pm. For future casting calls, look for updated notices in Back Stage.
