“I Wish You All The Best” Casts Cole Sprouse

First reported by Deadline, “Riverdale” star Cole Sprouse has joined the cast of “I Wish You All The Best,” the latest from ACE Entertainment (“To All the Boys: Always and Forever,” “Hello, Goodbye and Everything in Between”). Sprouse joins Corey Fogelmanis, Alexandra Daddario, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Amy Landecker, Judson Mills, Lexi Underwood, Lisa Yamada, and Brian Michael Smith.

The film is based on Mason Deaver’s 2019 YA bestseller of the same name and “tells the story of the creative, bright and introverted Ben De Backer (played by Fogelmanis), a nonbinary teen who has spent their life pretending to be the perfect ‘son’ to their ultra-religious Southern parents. When Ben is kicked out of the house and moves in with their estranged sister, they embark upon a journey of self-discovery that teaches them about love, friendship, and family.”

Sprouse will play Thomas, Ben’s brother-in-law who, with his wife Hannah (Daddario), takes in Ben after they are kicked out of their home.

Stage and screen actor Tommy Dorfman, best known for her work on Netflix’s “13 Reasons Why,” will make her feature directorial, writing, and producing debut on the new project.

Up next for Sprouse will be the seventh and final season of the CW hit teen drama “Riverdale,” as well as the horror-comedy feature “Lisa Frankenstein,” directed by Zelda Williams and starring Carla Gugino, Kathryn Newton, Jenna Davis, and others.

“I Wish You All The Best” is currently in pre-production, with a release date yet to be announced.
