“Bells and Waffles”

Bells and Waffles”  is a sketch comedy web series incorporating various forms of comedy. Production is looking for male talent, aged 18–30, to play a talk show host who has the bad habit of rambling and not letting the contestants speak; female talent, aged 13–20, to play a robot who looks like a teenager; and a female talent, aged 24–34, to play a drunk writer. Shoots summer 2022 in New York City. Pay is $150 a day.

“Tofu”

This short film is casting now. “Tofu” is about a young trans Korean girl who has to work at her mother’s struggling tofu restaurant in order to afford breast augmentation surgery. Production wants Black male talent, aged 35–50. Shooting takes place the first weekend in April in Los Angeles. Pay is $211 per day.

“Face On”

Casting is underway for a new dark comedy/horror film titled “Face On.” Production is seeking female talent, aged 28–45, to play a tough cop; female talent, aged 18–35, to play an actress/Instagram influencer. Rehearsals begin the final week of March and shooting takes place April 1–19 in the L.A. area. Pay is $211 per day.

Untitled Romantic Comedy

An untitled romantic comedy needs talent. The project is about two divorcees who agree to temporarily move back in together. Production wants Black female talent, aged 30–40, to play a real estate agent who struggles with work/life balance; Black or Latino female talent, aged 30–40, to play a successful single attorney; and Black male talent, aged 30–40, to play the real estate agent’s boyfriend. Shooting takes place end of April in the L.A. area. Pay is $125 a day.

“Bounce House”

A Comedy Central digital sketch is currently casting. “Bounce House” is about an entrepreneur who thinks he can revolutionize the housing market by building a neighborhood of fully residential bounce houses. Production wants talent of any gender, aged 20–40, to play a bounce house resident. Shooting takes place on March 24 in the L.A. area. Pay is a $200 flat fee.
