You will be found—possibly on Broadway.

The smash hit Tony Award winner for best musical “Dear Evan Hansen” will hold Equity Principal Auditions to find its next batch of stars and understudies—and you can apply through Backstage.

Led by Tara Rubin Casting and Lindsay Levine, talent will be seen in New York City on Nov. 2 beginning at 10 a.m. at Pearl Studios. The team seeks actor-singers to play all eight of the show’s principal characters (including the titular arm-breaker, Evan), as well as female and male understudies.

All prospective talent should have a pop/rock or contemporary musical theater song prepared, in addition to a picture and résumé stapled together. An accompanist will be provided.

Hired actors will be paid a minimum of $1,974/week, adhering to an Equity Production (League) Agreement.

Talent will join the currently-running Broadway production, which features direction by Michael Greif, a book by Steven Levenson, and a score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.
