Douglass Joins Paradigm Team

ent Bill Douglass has departed WMA to join the Paradigm Talent and Literary Agency. Douglass, who was vp in WMA's television department and served as a senior network packaging liaison, will work in both the television and feature departments at Paradigm. It is not yet known what clients Douglass will be bringing with him. "Bill is one of the more unique agents in the business," Paradigm president and CEO Sam Gores said. "He is diligent in keeping his focus on the clients and their careers, which makes him a perfect fit with Paradigm's culture. His expertise and understanding in working with successful directors and writers plays a key role in the continuing expansion of Paradigm, where he will be an asset to the already strong team of agents."
