OK, “every musical ever” is a slight exaggeration, but Emily Blunt and Lin-Manuel Miranda came valiantly close to performing excerpts from just about all the musicals in the history of musicals.
The “Mary Poppins Returns” stars dropped by “The Late Late Show With James Corden” and, along with the host, took on excerpts from 22 (!) musicals in just 12 (!!) minutes. See the video below for the shortest-ever renditions of shows including “Les Mis,” “Dreamgirls,” “Hairspray,” “Once,” “Mamma Mia!,” and many more.
