New York is the city that never sleeps and with so many events and activities each week across all five boroughs, it can be hard to know what’s actually worthwhile. Here are the events New York City actors should have on their radars this week.

“Great Comet” stars branch out.
In an Aug. 21 concert at the Greenwich Village nightclub Le Poisson Rouge, triple threats from Broadway’s closing-soon “Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812,” will perform their original compositions. Accompanied by professional musicians The Songwriter’s Orchestra, the lineup includes Brittain Ashford, Grace McLean, Gelsey Bell, Heath Saunders, and more. (Tickets: $15–$25)

Chappelle is back and he’s bringing friends.
Dave Chappelle is notoriously elusive, but the megastar comedian is in the midst of a 14-show stint at Radio City Music Hall through Aug. 24, and he’s bringing pals. Each show will feature a special guest including Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper, Ali Wong, Solange, Trevor Noah, and more, and yes, there are still tickets available. This is one that will be harsher on your purse strings but can you really put a price on watching Chappelle banter with Donald Glover right in front of your eyes? (Tickets start at $98)

Sleep next to Broadway stars—for charity.
Every year, the theater community aligns with Covenant House and sleeps outside “so homeless youth don’t have to.” The Sleep Out, which will be held this year Aug. 21, is devised of individuals who pledge to sleep outside for a night in order to raise funds that go directly to ensuring homeless youth remain off the streets. The executive committee includes six-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald, as well as Tony nominee Stephanie J. Block (who has an impressive five sleepouts under her belt!). Sign up here. (Free)

Be the first to see Jeremy Jordan in a new musical.
Why would you ever pass up the chance to see Tony nominee and “Supergirl” star Jeremy Jordan perform a brand new musical in the intimate space of give or take 100 people? On Aug. 19 and 20, as part of the New Writers concert series, Jordan will lead “The Light” at Feinstein’s/54 Below, accompanied by other mainstay favorites including Sierra Boggess, Teal Wicks, and Jason Gotay. The musical features a score by Michael Mott and a book by Nathan Wright and Justin Silvestri. (Tickets start at $45)

Taste the boroughs on a midnight donut tour.
New York’s All-Night Donut Ride returns for its third annual installment and it remains exactly what it sounds like. Leaving from Central Park just before midnight on Aug. 18, the bike tour will route through the boroughs, hitting all the best glazing spots throughout each of the four bikeable boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan). Every entrance price includes a t-shirt as well as coffee and donuts at each spot. Think of it as gluttonous Paul Revere cosplay.
