“GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2”
Strap up for a trip to outer space! The much-anticipated sequel to the intergalactic Marvel blockbuster, starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, and Benicio Del Toro, is filming in the Big Peach. Writer-director James Gunn and CD Tammy Smith need male extras for a Feb. shoot in Atlanta, Ga., although fittings and make-up tests may be necessary as soon as Jan. 11. This gig is paid, “with an additional bump for make-up.”
REST SLEEP TECH COMMERCIAL
Want to appear on Home Shopping Network (not unlike the subject of David O. Russell’s recent film)? REST Sleep Tech needs lead and supporting roles filled for photos and B-roll footage on the network, a job that shoots Jan. 6 in New York. Check it out!
“LITTLE GRACE”
This promising feature film provides pay, credit, travel, and lodging for a January shoot in Richmond, Va. Jaderlund Casting is looking for plenty of talent to fill three lead characters and background roles. Nationwide union and nonunion actors may apply.

“A father seeks approval and forgiveness from his estranged daughter, but at what cost?” So reads the description of this new play from Rolando Sanchez as part of Manhattan Repertory Theatre’s Winter One Act Play Competition.
