“Station Eleven”
“Station Eleven” is breaking out in Chicago. The series, which is set to debut at some point in 2020, is filming in the Uptown/Sheridan Park area this week at 1228 W. Lawrence Ave. Starring Mackenzie Davis, Himesh Patel, David Wilmot, and Gael García Bernal, “Station Eleven” follows a group of survivors of a devastating flu pandemic who try to rebuild their lives after losing everything. The HBO Max 10-episode miniseries is created by Patrick Somerville, who also co-wrote with Sarah McCarron, adapting Emily St. John Mandel’s 2014 novel of the same name. Paskal Rudnicke is the series’ casting team.
