How do I cope with family who disagree with my career goals?
Since I first realized in high school what I wanted to do with my life, my family hasn’t been very supportive of my seeking acting and voice-over opportunities. They don’t see it as conventional, even going so far as to fearmonger me out of it. They also dread the thought of me landing roles away from home.
