Producer Jen Namoff is launching her own talent agency. The newly formed Namoff & Company will represent clients in film, television, music, and theater. Among its talent roster are Tituss Burgess, Tammy Blanchard, Katrina Lenk, and Sasha Allen.

Namoff & Company will represent talent, as well as produce works for stage and screen. Its mission statement is: “We are inspired by artists who push boundaries, guiding them to reach their creative potential in every arena. We are committed to telling stories that are relevant, inclusive, and forward-thinking.”

Jen Namoff is also the co-founder of Soffer/Namoff Entertainment. Her Broadway credits include the 2011 revival of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” with Daniel Radcliffe, Darren Criss, and Nick Jonas. She also executive produced the film “The Last Five Years” starring Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordan.

Joining her at Namoff & Company are John Bautista as director of operations and talent manager, and Doug Middlebrook as creative director and producer. Bautista formerly worked in talent management at Soffer/Namoff Entertainment; Middlebrook formerly worked in creative operations at Jujamcyn Theatres.

Namoff & Company’s client roster is a diverse one and includes actors who work across mediums. There also seems to be a focus on theater actors; their client list also includes Andrew Keenan-Bolger, Gabrielle Carruba, Nkeki Obi-Melekwe, and Solea Pfeiffer.

Said Namoff in a statement: “For the past 15 years, I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of this incredible industry, soaking up every lesson that has come my way. A mentor once told me, ‘The best advice I can give you is to be curious about new opportunity, and if it challenges you, you’re in the right place.’ To all of the mentors along the way, the colleagues who have made me better, the clients who make work fun, and the muses who make it essential: This is because of you.”
