Get ready to make your Broadway debut in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “School of Rock the Musical,” now casting future replacements for its Broadway and touring companies.
A young female actor, aged 8–12, is wanted to play the role of Tomika, a girl of color with a killer rock and gospel voice. The actor playing Tomika must be under 5’0”.
Additionally, there are multiple roles for young actors, aged 8–12, to play the other members of the band. Boys should be able to play guitar, piano, and/or drums, and girls should be able to play guitar, bass guitar, and/or drums.
There will be an open casting call on June 4 in Orlando, Florida. Replacement start dates are TBD. All actors will be paid under the Broadway Production Contract or the Seta Category 1 contract for the national tour.
