CASTING ALERT: Play the Lead Role in the Feature Film ‘Never, Rarely, Sometimes’ + More L.A. Gigs

A major feature film is scavenging the country’s major cities, including Los Angeles, for an actor to play its lead role! Plus, a sentimental short film is casting several roles, or you could make up to $5,000 as a lead (or $800 as a background actor) in a commercial for a European clothing retailer. 

“NEVER, RARELY, SOMETIMES”
“Never, Rarely, Sometimes,” a new film by an Academy Award-winning production team and Sundance prize-winning director Eliza Hittman, is searching nationwide for lead and supporting roles. A female actor, aged 16–20, is wanted to play the lead role of Autumn, an introverted and vulnerable teenager coping with a crisis. There are also two supporting roles for actors, aged 16–25. “MOON REACHING”
Join the cast of “Moon Reaching,” a short film about a devoted, widowed father battling his worsening dementia who goes above and beyond to make all of his daughter’s dreams come true. A male actor, aged 30–55, is wanted to play the lead role of Greg Clearwater. There are also supporting roles available for talent starting at age 5. The film will shoot in late January 2019 in the greater L.A. area. Pay is $100 per day, with meals and credit provided. ZALANDO COMMERCIAL
Zalando, a European clothing retailer, is casting a lead actor and other background actors for a commercial. A female actor, aged 50–60, with silver hair is wanted for the lead role, and talent, aged 30 and older, is wanted to portray city patrons. Fittings will be held on Dec. 5–8, and the commercial will shoot from Dec. 8–11 in L.A. The lead actor will be paid $2,500–$5,000 plus 20 percent, and the background actors will be paid $800. Apply here!
