The Sony Pictures Television and Apple TV+ series “For All Mankind” has taken one giant leap toward its third season as filming is in progress in L.A. According to On Location Vacations, the space exploration drama series is filming now at the Barclay Hotel and near the South Park Center in Downtown L.A. “For All Mankind” recently wrapped up streaming its second season. The series is set in an alternative version of 1969 where “the Soviet Union beats the United States to the Moon and the Space Race continues on for decades with still grander challenges and goals.” Series star Krys Marshall shared a photo back in February at the start of filming with co-star Shantel VanSanten. The series also stars Joel Kinnaman, Michael Dorman, Sarah Jones, Jodi Balfour, Wrenn Schmidt, and more. “Outlander” and “Battlestar Galactica” writer Ronald D. Moore is the series creator/showrunner. Lowry-Johnson/Goldstein is the casting team.
