Nationwide Now Casting: Write and Perform in Comedy Sketch Series ‘Studio C’ + More Gigs

Today’s casting roundup is fun for the whole family! “Studio C,” a family-friendly sketch comedy show, is casting writers and performers for its 10th and 11th seasons. Plus, a scripted series about a fearless man has two lead roles available, and the U.S. adaptation of the popular U.K. reality series “Love Island” is seeking participants.

“STUDIO C,” SEASONS 10 & 11
“Studio C,” a family-friendly sketch comedy show on BYUtv, is casting talent for its 10th and 11th seasons. The production needs two up-and-coming writer-performers, aged 20–30, capable of writing and performing clean, family-friendly content. The series will shoot immediately through mid-September in and around Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah. A negotiable weekly salary will be provided, as will a moving allowance for required relocation. “AMONG MEN”
Casting is underway for “Among Men,” a scripted series that follows the life of a troubled individual named Tristian, who has deemed himself fearless. Two male actors, aged 25 or older, are wanted to play the roles of Greg and Lavar. Both actors must be comfortable portraying LGBTQ+ characters. The role of Greg requires brief backside nudity. Filming will take place on Feb. 23–24 in Charlotte, North Carolina. CBS’S “LOVE ISLAND”
The U.S. adaptation of the popular U.K. reality series “Love Island” is still casting. Straight men and women, aged 18–30, are wanted to be participants in the series. Nerdy, awkward, sexy, and guy or girl-next-door types will all be accepted. Filming will take place from May–July in a tropical location TBD. Pay is TBD plus a possible cash prize. Apply here!
