In today’s casting roundup, land a supporting role in a crime/thriller feature that puts on a spin on the found-footage genre. Plus, a feature film seeking veterans, a commercial printer shoot, and a suspenseful action-drama short are seeking talent today.


Lucky Image Media is currently seeking talent for “ECC,” a feature crime/thriller film that puts a spin on the found-footage genre. Actors, aged 18–45, are wanted for supporting roles in the film. Improvisation skills will be required for all roles. Filming is expected to take place in March and April in Florida. Pay is $150–$1,000 for up to six days of work with travel and lodging provided.

Feature Film, New Jersey Veterans

Tasha Tongpreecha Casting is seeking real male veterans from or based in New Jersey, aged 25–55, for an upcoming feature film. Travel dates are Dec. 2–3, followed by filming on Dec. 4–6 in Calabria, Italy (return travel to follow on Dec. 7–8). Pay is $1,600 for filming and $800 for travel days.

Commercial Printer Shoot, Family

A real family of three with parents, aged 30–40, and a child, age 5–10, is now wanted for a commercial printer shoot. Talent will work during the week of Dec. 11 in Norwalk, Connecticut. Pay is $400 per day with up to $50 in travel reimbursement provided.

“No Supers”

Join the cast of “No Supers,” a suspenseful action-drama short about a young underground boxer, Jabari, who gains super strength just before an important fight. Male actors, aged 18 and older, are wanted for leads and supporting roles, including the starring role of Jabari. Boxing, stunt, and/or mixed martial arts skills will be required for two of the available roles, including the lead role. Filming will take place on Jan. 19–21 in Los Angeles. Pay is $200–$300 per day plus $200 for a half-day of rehearsal.
