“The Money”

Casting is underway for “The Money,” a short film exploring the cycle of addiction described as “Groundhog Day” meets “Requiem for a Dream.” Talent, aged 18–85, is wanted for several roles, including the starring male role. Production is also hiring multiple crew positions, including an intimacy coordinator, a makeup artist, and more. Filming will begin in mid-March in Los Angeles. Pay is $50–$800 per day for up to four days of work for acting talent. Crew pay ranges from $200 to $4,800. Gas, mileage, travel, and meals will be provided.

“Kiss by Fire,” “Love in the Shadows”

Casting is in progress for “Kiss by Fire” and “Love in the Shadows,” two short films for MoboReels centered on love, betrayal, and revenge, set against the backdrop of crime and power struggles. Actors, aged 18 and older, are wanted for several roles, including the two leads. “Kiss by Fire” will shoot on March 10, and “Love in the Shadows” will shoot on March 20 in L.A. Pay is $150–$800 for up to 12 hours of work.

“Cipher’s Gold” Adventure Feature Film

Join the cast of “Cipher’s Gold,” a modern-day family-friendly adventure movie, is seeking a female actor, age 18–30, for a lead role. Physical comedy skills are required. Casting closes on Feb. 21, followed by filming in Fall 2025 and potentially Spring 2026 in West Virginia. Pay is $11,500 for 24 days of work with travel, accommodations, and food provided.

“All’s Well That Ends Well”

New York Classical Theatre is seeking Equity actors, aged 18 and older, for its upcoming production of “All’s Well That Ends Well.” Principal auditions will be held on March 3 in New York City. Rehearsals will begin on May 5, followed by performances on June 8–July 6 in Central Park, Carl Schurz Park, and Battery Park in NYC. Pay is $600 per week with pension and health included in the contract.
