Stay Lucid Productions is seeking talent for “Re-Experience,” a sci-fi drama short following Maddie, who uses cutting-edge VR technology to relive memories with her late sister, Luna, but becomes addicted. Two female actors, aged 24–38, are wanted for the lead role of Maddie and a supporting role. Additionally, production is hiring multiple crew positions, including a director of photography. Filming will take place across two days in May or June in Union County, New Jersey. Pay is $150–$200 for actors and $100–$500 for crew with food and travel expenses provided.

“Estimate of The Situation”

Black Tie Labs is seeking talent for a historical thriller-drama exploring early military investigations into UFOs, Cold War paranoia, and the conflict between scientific discovery and national security. Two male actors, aged 20–40, are wanted for lead roles. Filming will take place in Brooklyn, New York City. Pay is $1,000 for two days of work.

“Floater”

Floater,” a short film exploring grief, detachment, and the fragile nature of control is seeking two actors, aged 18–65, for a pair of principal roles, including the starring role of Devin, a young woman set adrift by an unspoken loss as she impulsively acquires and loses pet fish until something forces her to confront what she’s been avoiding. Additionally, production is hiring a director of photography. Rehearsals will begin in June, followed by filming in July in NYC. Pay is $100–$400 per day for actors and $1,500–$2,000 flat for crew. Talent will work two to four days. Travel and meals are included.
