“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”

The hit Amazon series “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” is seeking female singers or actors with singing experience, aged 18 and older, to portray 1960s TV show workers in background roles. Talent must be available in mid-March. Fitting and COVID-19 testing will take place in Brooklyn. Pay is $182 for eight hours of work for union talent, and $210 for 12 hours of work for nonunion talent.

“Spree”

Casting is underway for “Spree,” a dark, violent independent film set in the Bay Area. Talent, aged 18 and older, is wanted for a variety of roles in the project, including the male lead—an intelligent, sadistic killer who murders 13 people in one day. Filming will take place in September in San Francisco, Oakland, and Marin, California. Pay is $200–$206 per day.

“Unfazed: Brain Damage”

An actor, aged 18–30, is wanted to host a campaign commercial seeking to educate young people about the potential consequences of using marijuana. Filming will take place on March 14 in Richmond, Virginia. Pay is $1,000, plus a $25 wardrobe stipend.
